I specialised in pre and post natal fitness during the early part of 2009, furthering my qualifications with a certificate from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) / PTS (Premier Training Solutions) as a 'Pregnancy Specialist'.

Whatever stage you are at I can help you achieve your fitness goals!

As a female personal trainer and Mummy to a toddler and a baby I understand from personal experience how stressful (and very tiring!) life can be.

If you struggle for time and can't seem to find the hours in the day for exercise then why not bring your baby with you? I offer Abbey Park 1-1 PT sessions that you can bring your baby to in a pushchair. This is a great option for Mums - plus a benefit for baby being in the fresh air!
